About CTOps

Some people try to hire a DevOps engineer as a silver bullet. They are supposed to solve every problem in the company, starting from improper use of git and up to lack of toner in an office printer. But the DevOps mindset is about different stuff. It can’t help there.

Now we have a solution. Proudly present: the CT OPS (pronouns like “City - Ops”) methodology!

CTOPS manifesto:

  1. Satisfyed individuals are over the laws of nature and physic
  2. Working things are above any knowledge of used technology
  3. Sometimes I know better because I am an engineer
  4. Sometimes Anyone can be mistaken
  5. Don’t touch if it works
